LILAC MHC Class II support? #420

Are there any plans to support typing for MHC Class II genes such as DPB1,DQB1, and DRB1? Is there anything stopping the core algorithm from working with the sequences and frequencies from additional genes?

It will not work out of the box with MHC Class II genes

No immediate plans to add. We may look into this in the 2nd half of 2023.
