Our cluster's installed software was just completely updated, and in setting up needed packages for hmftools, R 4.3.2 Bioconductor 3.19 could not find the package copynumber; release notes said it was removed as of 3.18. It installed from previous source without complaint, but since this package has not had an active maintainer for about 7 years, I wonder about hidden faults; like non-support for hg38.
