Rename the package to something like `react-latex-fragments` #10

What this package does different is to render text between latex delimiters as LaTeX and leave the rest, similiar to what katex/auto-render does, that's why it would be better to change package name to one of the following

react-latex-fragments
react-katex-auto-render
react-katex-fragments
react-partial-latex
react-latex-in-text
