Install betterbib for bib file parsing #163

Install betterbib https://github.com/texworld/betterbib to make sure that the bib files are properly generated

In addition to setting this workflow up, it will be important to make sure that betterbib isn't breaking anything cause sometimes the entries it pulls don't match the paper we cite.
