In the current site design, the unauthenticated home page mentions CC (without specifying the exact license) and the exact license is only available in the About or FAQ pages, and possibly content hosted on the static site.
We'd like to make authors and readers more aware of the licensing terms for the content, as well as have a place to express any exceptions to the CC license, so:
Identify where on the website new messaging should appear. This may include the sitewide footer, or specific messaging at the point of cloning or publishing content.
