Currently, anytime someone uses the text editor or creates notes/links in annotations, they have to click save or lose their work. Ideally we would implement autosave across the platform. If the scope of work is prohibitive in the short term, we could also consider moving the location of the save button. I scrolled up so that you could see the save button in the picture below, but if I have the headnote centered on my screen, the save button isn't visible at all.
