Reading Mode Upgrade - adjust side navigation based on bottom menu #1954

Currently, when someone uses the bottom menu to navigate to a new section, the sidebar doesn't update to reflect the new location. For example:

Ideally that section would float to the top of the navigation bar:

A few more tweaks to this section: Replace X with "Exit" and swap placement of buttons. Add a line break between authors
