Quick Add: Increase the size of the text field and minimize width of other buttons #1984

Give primary to the text box over the dropdown and submit buttons.

Change the default placeholder text to say "John v. Smith or Section 1: Introduction" (or whatever @cath9 decides when we look at it.)
