~API: [POST] /v1/archives/ sometimes hangs or seems to respond much later than necessary~ (fixed by https://github.com/harvard-lil/perma/pull/3127)
API: [GET] /v1/archives/ url filter sometimes returns results for subpaths.
Site: Rework settings/tools page: Update with latest info, add anchor and instructions for API key
Site-ish: Dedicated page for extension, bookmarklet and upcoming integrations?
