Tweak benchmarking task invocation.

This PR tweaks the invoke command that launches our warc -> wacz benchmarking tasks.

• More argument validation
• Queryset slicing is applied consistently at the end, for all combinations of args
• You can now target two varieties of old-style Perma Links
• A few optional parameters were renamed for consistency.

No big deal.
