I am seeing nine errors in testing locally as well, will investigate. I'm closing this for now.

I would guess this is because config.py needs updating, subsequent to https://github.com/harvard-lil/perma-scoop-api/pull/176/files#diff-07a7a582d60feb616cae60c7308db56514f06eaedfb768bfae447278f77a7b7a
