LDN Release Action context link should be resolved NRS URL #44

Describe the bug The current notification post NRS integration provides NRS base URL with DSpace handle opposed to NRS identifier.

To Reproduce

  1. Submit Item with Research Data of Dataverse DOI
  2. Goto Dataverse notification and click link to DASHv7 item

Expected behavior The link to DASHv7 in the Dataverse notification resolves to the item.
