[ ] Run an analysis of US mail delivery and processing times to predict time till reception of Mail in Ballot based on state, type of postage, and other confounding factors.

[ ] Collect average shipping time for each county zip code/postal code

[ ] Reception deadline (MINUS) # of days to ship + **1-2 days processing time*** = Recommended drop off date
[ ] @garywuuu integrate into Votable user features

*We should probably define 1-2 days of processing time. Final step -- Write an article about this and publish in the HPR.

[ ] @dhatioommen review NCSL website an create a csv with the following data: 1. State, 2. Mail Receipt by Election Day or Postmarked by Election Day, 3. Deadline for mail receipt date in this format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss e.g 2022-11-08 17:00

DO THIS AFTER MEETING ON JULY 18th

[ ] @hamshooo pt 2: I'm getting a USPS API license to pull standard delivery times. We can run a script to take zipcode and return standard delivery time.
[ ] @dhatioommen pt 2: once Brian and I pull the standard delivery times, subtract that amount based on state and we can get a final recommended mailing time from Cambridge to home state zip code
