Could not get the file at http://www.quest.dcs.shef.ac.uk/wmt16_files_mmt/training.tar.gz. [RequestException] None. vocab_src, vocab_tgt = show_example(load_vocab, args=[spacy_de, spacy_en]) how can i solve this problem ,please help me!

Exception: Could not get the file at http://www.quest.dcs.shef.ac.uk/wmt16_files_mmt/training.tar.gz. [RequestException] None. - I am experiencing same issue; how to resolve it? when running make html - get this error: SSLCertVerificationError for the above url
