[TEST] Investigate the newly failed cypress test result on v1.4.0-head

What's the test to develop? Please describe

Coming from the recently cypress test result on latest v1.4.0-head Harvester on Master branch.

• According to the harvester-cypress-test job #110 and checking the related test result:

• We found 46 failed test cases

• While compare with the test jobs #105 which was testing on the v1.3.2 release

• We can find there is only 4 failed test in the test result

Thus we can assume maybe some changes introduced made this new failure happens

We need to check and investigate all the failed cypress test on the v1.4.0-head and trying to fix them.

Update the latest v1.4.0-rc1 cypress test result on Jenkins Harvester cypress test job # 114

Based on the fix on pull request cypress-140-string-fix

According to the corresponding cypress test report

Currently reduce the failed test from 46 to 9
