What's the test to develop? Please describe

We need to fix a series of issues with the ipxe-examples

Describe the items of the test development (DoD, definition of done) you'd like

• [x] introduce ntp server, to better assist with sync
• [x] remove isc dhcp deprecation, introduce Kea which has builtin DNS
• [ ] create docker daemon.json to resolve docker registry consistently when multiple interfaces exist on vm
• [ ] set up resolv conf nameserver for K3s on Rancher VM
• [ ] tell Harvester to use DNS server that exists within Kea
• [ ] update airgap readme
• [ ] switch to helm install not helm template for airgap
• [ ] shift registry to a different vm
• [x] create fstab w/ blkid for vm that provides registry, to automount drives if node needs to get shutdown/reboot
• [x] automatiaclly set container-d registry when nodes boot for the first time
• [x] minio
• [x] caddy flile store
• [x] proactively grab files / images / etc

Pivoted back to isc-dhcp-server, as isc-kea-dhcp4-server's configuration is a bit more difficult to figure out
