Github sponsors/PayPal/etc? #509

Hey! I've gotten a lot of value out of plotnine these past few weeks, and I'd like to donate some money in return. What's the best way to do that?

Thank you for the intent to donate. Woefully for me there isn't an easy way to take donations. Github sponsors isn't available for my country yet (and I am not hopeful) and paypal (though I can open an account) too would not allow me to withdraw.

I will try to search for another option if not I will just go with paypal.

(For anyone else who comes across this while looking for ways to donate: donating from the UK, Hassan and I ended up doing a bank transfer. Was pretty painless - I used transferwise and the fees came out at 3%)

Check out Pateron. They use a service called Payoneer for non-US accounts payout.
