Existing RTD links do not redirect correctly #753

For example, the README.md file in this repo links to documentation at https://plotnine.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. This redirects to https://plotnine.org/en/latest/ which gives a 404. It should redirect to https://plotnine.org/
