Hello! Thanks so much to the amazing team working on this.

I notice there have not been any recent commits and I'm wondering if the project is still maintained/how long maintenance of this library is expected.

(I'm about to start teaching a cohort course in python for data analysis and wondering whether to teach plotnine or another library)
