סיעות וח"כים נמדדים באחוזים - לא ברור אחוז מתוך מה בגרף לעומת זאת יש ניקוד לא באחוזים. גם לא ברור

כדאי להוסיף הסבר כללי על הכלי, כיצד נערכות ומתעדכנות האג'נדות ומי נושא באחריות

I don't know about the ratings system, but I did once add the info about agendas here: https://github.com/hasadna/Open-Knesset/issues/153#issuecomment-23858336
