but the UI displays only one suggestion and not all suggestion
The suggestion list is broken by it self (does not show for example "עישון" for "עיש" ) and does not contain all suggestions (perhaps on design? but on what criteria?)

I was wrong about item 1. already 2 is relevant

Seems to display all existing tags on Items, not suggested tags. But looks by design
