Create a small widget that can be embedded in friends sites to show how open the knesset is right now. To do that we need to give a grade to the knesset site and the api.
We need a formula to to yield a precentage from 0 to 100. 0 meaning the knesset site and the api are down and 100 means they adhere to the seven principles of open data and their code is open.
As inputs we have answers to:
Does it honor requests from aboard?
Is it using a whitelist to block unidentified access?
