Knesset-data-django should not be required from master but from release #844

Changed in requirements to -e git://github.com/hasadna/knesset-data-django.git@master#egg=knesset-data-django Not sure why

once you merge your changes that fix the speaker_id stuff, you can publish a knesset-data-django release and update this to that release (or I can do that if you prefer..)

I'll update, just wondered if this is on purpose. Guess not. I'll fix
