When the user clicks the "dive" button on the key modal, the modal turns into a js & css-animation clip playing the "we all live in a yellow submarine" sequence and showing the sub diving with divers swimming in and get their face shown in the window when they join. Then triton shows up, symbolizing the Finance minister and you get multiple choices for that minister (disabling those that are already on the sub) and then the subs sails ashore.
