Create a meeting calendar (webcal/caldav) #9

Enable publishing meeting events into a web calendar. Advantages:

  1. updates without leaving an obsolete copy (like: I saw the pervious email and didn't notice it was updated)
  2. all calendar advantages (notifications, free-busy time, etc)
