I see no way to move forward with this issue or to provide estimations, before understanding what kind of data is available and how it should be served to us (in other words #233 )

as @mushon suggested in our last meeting this kind of addiction should be discussed and understood as changing the essence of the current service/site. I suggest making this discussion once the WSI can provide all the missing parts in the puzzle.
