I am asking WSI to approve they can handle the data - @akariv please review (so we can send for translation and hopefully deploy on Wed.) - but don't merge yet, until we get WSI approval

numbers of work hours is very dynamic for a lot people (especially now that people are working from home / office based on policies that change weekly)
people change their workplace sometimes

this data will become stale really quickly and people won't be able to change it as we only ask it once.
