covid+ positive: extend symptoms questions [?h]

followup of #324, part of #307 for currently covid+ positive reports, add the following questions (per symptom)

1. עבור COVID+, : יש להוסיף אופציה של לסמן כמה ימים הוא סובל מכל אחד מהסימפטומים שסימן
2. עבור COVID+: בנוסף לסימפטומים שתיארת שאתה חש כרגע, האם חשת סימפטומים נוספים בימים האחרונים? אם כן אנא ציין

This question is not defined well enough - is this a one time question? a recurring one?

for regular reporters we can extract this information from the data itself (as we can now track the reports of the same user over time).

all-in-all it seems a lot of effort for a question that will get answered less than ten times (and I'm being generous here)

I agree. It reflects the general survey method, and does not fit well a daily / regular basis reporting. This issue came up also in other tasks.

Therefore, as long as the reporter is a covid + the question should appear. Yes, I know it might introduce data errors, but the alternative is gambling over the required data.

I agree, but the missing factor is how much is a "a lot of effort" in terms of hours. Assuming it will take more than 4-5 hours, I would choose the simpler solution as offered above (ask every time as long the repoter is covid+)
