when updating the description it's impossible to track changes - especially if you're changing it while I'm reading it. it's better to add a file to the repo with the pseudocode and do the review over a PR.

if by that you refer to the data points we already hold, I assume we should not - but that's something to clarify with Smadar on Wed. If you refer to future reports - I think we should keep sending a positive results until the reporter reports of COVID-.
