packaged chat assumed no custom code or design changes... while the logos can probably be accommodated somehow, the new functionality cannot - unless we extend the capabilities of the packaged chat (which will take more time).

that's exactly the assumption here- all properties/estimations of the packaged chat were taken from the previous document. I added 2-3 relevant features that are relevant for this research and if we will apply them they should (for sure) be added to the packaged chat.

I added asteriks next to the additional parts, to mark where these additions are, if I understand correctly.

Not all these extra features are fit to be in the general product. We will need to extend the packaged chat to support custom code and styling

It is a draft for our offer - so you can mark/cooment parts that are not making sense as part of the general plan of using the packaged tool. We can try and them.

Just lease be explicit, as it is hard flr me to understand what parts and costs you are referring to
