תחושה כללית טובה / לא טובה,
ללא תסמינים / לצד התסמינים הבאים:
- תסמין א'
- תסמין ב'
- תסמין ג' ##add ו- before the last symptom in the list

האם חל שינוי מאז? למשל, האם נוספו או נעלמו מהתסמינים? כן / לא
