instance initializaer - change the created group images according to new design

@niryariv please upload all the group images for one instance and approve how it looks and I will copy from that

@OriHoch @akariv What would be a good place to store & manage all these assets together in so we can link to the images from the various installations? I assume Google Drive isn't a good option, perhaps in github or similar? Is the some Sadna S3 account or something?

we use the datacity wordpress media library for this
