ITM->WGS conversion produces wrong data in some cases #231

Item has ITM coordinates: 218259, 626153

Expected: In the map, render the item in Jerusalem (govmap)

Actual: Item is rendered in Jordan:

Looking at the GeoJSON output, it seems like the longtitude is converted to 39.5 instead of 35.1

uploaded the file again, this time seems to convert correctly. closing for now.
