not sure it can be in transifex, best to write the translations you want

you can edit the translations for custom metadata by opening a pull reuqest here - https://github.com/hasadna/ckanext-datacity/blob/master/ckanext/datacity/scheming-dataset.json#L82

or write the changes you want and I'll do them

added the footer texts, from now on texts should be added automatically

regarding the "near real time" text - see above comment
