KnessetMembersData.svc (new api) some skiptokens are broken #114

Same as #113 for that api For example http://knesset.gov.il/KnessetOdataService/KnessetMembersData.svc/View_faction_knesset?$skiptoken=54

less relevant with the new API (opened an issue to review the old bugs and see if they reproduce in the new API - #131)
