the old new knesset api should work #124

one of the versions of knesset API we have is not working,

for example, this URL for committees data used to work and is not working now: http://knesset.gov.il/KnessetOdataService/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/

same occurs for the other endpoints, you can see full detail of the knesset APIs we are aware of and are using in this url - https://github.com/hasadna/knesset-data/blob/master/docs/dataservice/README.md

השירותים לא היו אמורים להיות מורדים אבל הלינק אליהם שונה. הלינקים שונו במקצת גם לשירותים הקיימים. הקישור שלו עכשיו הוא -http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/

I wrote back to Knesset asking for some commitment from them to having the old APIs working in current URL endpoints

following services are not working and/or are extremely slow to return a response -

laws data (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/LawsData.svc/)
- for example, private laws endpoint return an error (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/LawsData.svc/privatelaw)
members data (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/KnessetMembersData.svc/)
- for example, mk details endpoint returns an error (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/KnessetMembersData.svc/View_mk_individual)
committees data (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/)
- for example, viewing details of a committee returns an error (http://knesset.gov.il/Odata_old/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/View_committee(1))

Knesset replied now that it's fixed, looks like it's indeed fixed
