The Knesset Dataservice should provide an interface to get committee meeting details by id.

Currently, there is only a function for getting meetings data - the CommitteeAgendaSearch in the CommitteeScheduleData service (see http://online.knesset.gov.il/WsinternetSps/KnessetDataService/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/$metadata)

This function doesn't allow to get details of a specific meeting by it's id.

less relevant with the new API and datapackages (which download all data for fast access)
