CommitteeScheduleData/View_protocols service for meeting data is not available #3

now it returns an error, also, it disappeared from the service description:

מהתעדכנות עם אגף הטכנולוגיה, עדיין חלק מהקשיים הטכנולוגיים בטיפול. רכיב ה-API הוא סטנדרטי, יחד עם זאת כשהוא משולב עם נושא אבטחה דרך "ממשל זמין", יתכנו עיכובים.

data is now available (but still not updated, see #1)

still not available.. maybe related to knesset deployment of fixes

I had a couple of talks with knesset CTO - today and yesterday regarding this problem

After much persuation, he acknowledged the problem and says he is looking into it.

Just talked to the Deputy Director of the Information Departmnet - he will try to help

he says he sees the data, but will check from external network

attached a screenshot of what I see - View_protocols collection is missing

looks like Knesset removed this service, and now return the meetings data in a different way, see: http://online.knesset.gov.il/WsinternetSps/KnessetDataService/CommitteeScheduleData.svc/CommitteeAgendaSearch?CommitteeId=%271%27&FromDate=%272016-01-01T00:00:00%27
