[comparisons-viz] implement state sharing #314

  1. Implement the dropdown menu component that will open once the button is clicked/hovered with the options: facebook, Twitter, email (, Google+?).
  2. Selecting an option should open a modal with the corresponding UI for posting to that channel, e.g: clicking facebook should open a modal integrated with Facebook to share a post there with title, description and an image of the viz state generated by the screenshot server.
