Feature/volo to bower

Migrate volo dependencies to use bower instead.

• Migrated CSS files to use new paths for styles (mainly adaptabl)
• Migrated main.js files to use new paths for libraries
• Aliased relevant modules so requiring would lead to the new location

Hey @Tudmotu any gotchas when merging this? Are there any additional steps required for those with the codebase already working?

@pwalsh, there are remaining issues here, I'm in the process of cleaning this code and preparing it for merge.

Thanks @ydaniv I'm working on our fork with some breaking changes for the launch, so don't merge them together yet.
