Remove the upcoming list from /entities #416

It's a meaningless distraction, provides no now knowledge (excpet that אבו בסמה is first in alphabetical order) and has no call to action. Let's shelf it for now, and give the first five the center of /entities

We have plans for using the links to all munis to provide additional calls to actions for each muni page where there is no data.

Also, we are working on the "247 project" internally were we are collating high level data from alternative sources for many more munis.

So, this will get fleshed out over the coming weeks.

@daonb take in mind we also want to create some sort of "pressure" on all other munis to send us their data.
