4 years ago (there might be something I am missing here. In another (fresh) thread, the new manual task appeared as expected, at the bottom of the tasks list:
when the agent wants to add a new manual task (by clicking משימה חדשה) (1), and there are other open tasks, the location/place of the new task note is not clear. The agent must scroll down/up to look for it (2).
The expected behavior: new manual tasks should be created at the bottom of the queue, and the display should scroll down automatically to make sure the user sees the new note.
