can't log in #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Did you ever figure out or get an answer to this problem.  I have the same

I think this has something to with the configuration for
$config['db']['pref'] = 'libra_';
That's the first thing it hits off of. I myself am not sure what this is for, 
but I am having the same issue.
