can't log-in #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visiting the log-in URL and trying to log-in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The log-in page keeps appearing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? On
what web host?
Apache. On Miva Merchant host. Product version 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I changed libra_ to osfm_ in the index.php file but that didn't seem to help. 
I'm using 'admin' and 'password'. I've chmod 'files' and 'public' to 777. I ran 
users.sql
