login problem on index.php #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first log in
2.
3.

Im getting error
"Warning: mysql_fetch_row() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given 
in /virtual/a/m/amigo.ugu.pl/index.php on line 66"

i changed "libra_" to "osfm_" but nothing changed
is someone has any idea what is the problem?
