Installer does not update all necessary DLLs #10

In many computers, the installer fails to install the Ribbon correctly, and this causes errors when an image is double-clicked. The reason is supposedly in the old DLLs and Windows Service Pack update. The installer should take this into account.

At least we will need good instructions and trouble shooting instructions for people who are looking to install the software. Is there a way to let the users know that there are updates to the ribbon add-on?

Installing SP2 for Office 2007 solves this problem. I couldn't find any way to force installer / require Office SP2 pre-installed for it.

Office 2007's SP2 solves this problem for Office 2007. What about 2010? Ribbon also works on 2010. I don't have any fresh computer with 2010 installed. Can you test it on 2010 and create a new issue if it happens ?
