Fixes and improvements for SignatureInput

Greetings,

first of all thank your very much for the great work your doing with this project. It is really helpful and provides a lot of value.

I stumbled upon the new SignatureInput Component today and found it really appealing and useful.

After installing it and testing it locally (with Mac and iPad) I found a few issues that I fixed in this pull request:

• Fix for issue #29: The path now clears correctly after lifting up the mouse or finger and starting a new path
• Fixed Scroll Bug in mobile devices when drawing was unintentionally causing the page to scroll
• Improved the resolution and quality of the resulting png by scaling the canvas
• Added quadratic interpolation for smoother curves
