Multiple plots not displaying in knitted HTML

• multiple plots knitted on the same page in HTML do not render properly
• this is likely because Vega inserts the plots into mdsContainer and the other container elements which are given via ID identifiers
• issue arises when there are multiple elements on the page with the same HTML ID attribute; solution is to give the direct HTML element rather than by ID
• save button for MA plot meshes into R markdown below
