Problem with alternate link to sioc:Container #9

if the wikisite only contains links to other pages, not in the same namespace, the container document will return a 404, so it's no way to find the sioc:Post description for the wiki site.

meta link to sioc:Container is only used at the configured start page of the wiki. I changed it to: use meta link to post type on all wikipage, use link to container if it is a index view (&do=index).
