Issue

Design overview of Infrastcture and CI/CD pipeline with Draw.io
Host and build the application on preferably AWS or GCP

Requirements

Make the GitHub Actions for formatting, unit testing, build testing etc
Use the Terraform to build the infrastructure
Consider AWS Amplify or ECS deployment

Change the database connection string in .env for Prisma ORM to AWS RDS
Update routers to store the url of S3 to database
Add router handling uploading profile image to AWS S3
